the table was set with birthday cake, iced tea, and fried chicken already on the table. the highchair, nostalgic of the early fifties, is one like many of you will remember seeing, as well as the dishes and philco refrigerator. the appliance shown beside the refrigerator was our portable dishwasher. our baby knew this was his special day and dinner. this photograph was taken where we lived above our general store located on route 66 in arcadia, oklahoma.
