| blondie, a cockerspaniel,
was our family dog. she was quite a guard dog for all of us,
whenever a stranger approached or someone came to visit. she
was a gorgeous bright auburn red dog with freckles, but when
she was a puppy, she was blonde. we named her blondie not
knowing she would change colors. in this photo she was soaking
up the sun in our yard. she was with us for over sixteen years.
we had to be very careful in having her or any pet, since
we lived so close to the edge of route 66. randy loved her,
as we all did. she always kept a watchful eye on him, our
baby; as she did all of us. god rest our precious and faithful
blondie!!! |
